Don Davis – President
Donald Davis is the President of WHITTMANHART Consulting. As President, Davis is charged with accelerating the company's growth and differentiating its service offerings in the financial services, manufacturing and consumer products industries.
Davis has over 17 years of experience delivering solutions to large and mid-market organizations. This experience includes successful delivery of business intelligence, data warehousing, enterprise performance management, enterprise applications and systems architecture solutions. These solutions have spanned a multitude of functional disciplines including solutions to the corporate office, lines of businesses, finance, accounting, sales & marketing, information technology and human resources.
Prior to WhittmanHart, Davis delivered management consulting solutions for Infinis, Inc. and KPMG Consulting. Donald holds an MBA degree and is a frequent speaker at national industry events and trade shows.
Bill Toebbe – Managing Director
Bill Toebbe is the Chief Operation Officer for WhittmanHart Consulting. In his role, Mr. Toebbe is responsible for the thought leadership and direction of all of WhittmanHart’s solution offerings. Prior to his position as COO, Mr. Toebbe served as Managing Director of the Retail Banking segment for WhittmanHart Consulting. Mr. Toebbe joined the company in 2001 and has more than 13 years of business consulting experience.
Prior to joining WhittmanHart, Mr. Toebbe was a senior manager with Deloitte and Touche’s Solutions practice, leading efforts in the business intelligence space. Mr. Toebbe is well regarded in corporate performance management space, servicing clients for over 10 years, including Bank of America, Fifth Third Bank, CitiGroup, Aegon, Fannie Mae and HCA among others.
Prior to entering business consulting, Mr. Toebbe has held several financial systems positions with companies such as Chiquita Brands International and Clopay Corporation. Mr. Toebbe received his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and finance from Northern Kentucky University.
Roxann Kerner – Managing Director
Roxann Kerner is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Strategy, Marketing and Alliance functions for WhittmanHart Consulting. Her focus is to define and position the new WhittmanHart Consulting in the marketplace and leverage strategic partners to drive growth for the company.
Kerner brings more than 12 years of sales, marketing and alliance expertise to WhittmanHart. She has a demonstrated track record of creating new strategic partnerships, solution offerings and distribution channels that drive profitable and sustainable growth. During her tenure at Hyperion Solutions she was responsible for creating strategies to drive revenue for Hyperion with global firms such as NCR Teradata, Deloitte & Touche, Accenture, and IBM.
Kerner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Purdue University.
Bob Landgren- Managing Director
Bob Landgren is the Managing Director for the Consumer Products segment for WhittmanHart Consulting. In this role, Landgren is responsible for those WhittmanHart clients that fall into the consumer products categories of household and personal goods, leisure goods, life sciences, and food beverage and tobacco.
Mr. Landgren has more than 25 years of experience in both management consulting and business. He has a diverse background in business process improvement, manufacturing as well as systems integration and strategy. He has worked with clients in a number of industries including American Airlines, Waste Management, Abbott Labs, Harley Davidson, SC Johnson, Pulte Homes, Caremark, Boeing, and Motorola among others.
Prior to joining WhittmanHart, Mr. Landgren held management positions in both management consulting and industry. Mr. Landgren was one of the first members of the WhittmanHart management team during the 1990’s. He rejoined WhittmanHart Consulting in 2005. Mr. Landgren received a Bachelor of business administration from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and executive programs of the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
Bill Banze - Managing Director
Bill is the Managing Director of the Performance Engineering practice of WhittmanHart Consulting. In this role, Bill manages the staff and solution offerings for this cross-industry practice. Banze’s responsibilities include delivery of management consulting solutions focused on measuring, managing and improving technology performance to meet business needs.
Mr. Banze has over 25 years of experience delivering solutions to large and mid-market organizations. This experience includes successful delivery of enterprise resource planning, enterprise applications and systems architecture solutions. These solutions have spanned a multitude of functional disciplines including solutions to the corporate office, lines of businesses, finance, accounting, information technology and human resources.
Prior to WhittmanHart, Banze delivered solutions for Infinis, Inc. and Claremont Technology Group. Banze was on staff at Chemical Abstracts Service and AT&T Bell Laboratories. Bill holds an Master’s Degree in Information Systems.
Mike Cochran - Managing Director
As the Managing Director of Enterprise Performance Management solutions for WhittmanHart Consulting, Mr. Cochran has assisted organizations such as JP Morgan Chase, Nationwide Insurance, Bank of America, and Fifth Third Bank in the establishment of Analytic Applications and Information Delivery Solutions.
Upon receiving a degree in Applied Science / Systems Analysis, Cochran has functioned as a career consultant and has over a decade of experience in deploying business solutions through the application of enabling technologies.
Disciplined in multiple sectors including Retail Banking and Insurance, Cochran has deployed Financial Consolidation, Financial Planning, and Dashboard/Reporting solutions within a broad range of technical frameworks and organizational infrastructures.
Prior to its acquisition by WhittmanHart in 2004, Michael co-founded Infinis, Inc., a Management Consulting and IT Services firm specializing in the delivery of financial services based information systems. Additionally, Cochran is published and frequently speaks at regional and national industry events and conferences.
Phil Estep – Managing Director
Phil is the Managing Director of the Application Management and Outsourcing (AM&O) practice within WhittmanHart Consulting. In this role, Estep’s responsibilities include the design and delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable enterprise class application management and hosting services which allow clients to focus their resources on core business functions. Estep manages the delivery of AM&O services to a variety of industries including Consumer Products and Electronics, Financial Services and Healthcare.
Mr. Estep has over 18 years of experience delivering solutions to large and mid-market organizations. This experience includes successful delivery of ecommerce solutions, application development and support, EAI solutions, IT assessments and roadmaps, supply chain solutions, and professional services strategies. These solutions have spanned a multitude of functional disciplines including solutions to the corporate office, lines of businesses, brand management, supply chain, manufacturing, finance and accounting, and information technology.
Prior to WhittmanHart, Phil delivered management consulting solutions for Gemini Consulting, A.T. Kearney and Novomont. Phil was also a co-founder of Premier Health Exchange, a healthcare supply chain e-commerce company which was acquired by the Global Health Exchange. Phil holds an M.S. in Industrial Administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
Mark Miller – Managing Director
Mark Miller is the Managing Director of our National Oracle Practice, In this role Miller will be focused on the sale and delivery of Oracle applications consulting and implementation services
Mr. Miller has more than 17 years of experience in technology consulting, with the last 9 years being primarily focused on the delivery of Oracle applications. He was previously a Partner at the Philadelphia business unit of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), a technology consulting firm. Prior to CSC, Mark held consulting and management positions with Deloitte Consulting, Digital Equipment Corporation and SUNOCO Refining and Marketing. Mark has hands on experience in leading both large and small IT projects and is respected for his experience in the delivery of Global ERP implementations, having worked with such companies as De Lage Landen, Aramark, Agilent Technologies, Ingersoll Rand and Dell Computers
